Litchfield by the Sea is an upscale gated community consisting of million-dollar private homes, mid-rise condos and town homes. Beautiful beach and marsh land with miles of walking/biking paths. Six new tennis courts are just a short walk away. Our condo is in the beautiful Shipyard Village complex of four 5-story buildings surrounding two large pools and a whirlpool spa, all just over the dunes from the ocean. Our unit is on the first floor (which is one floor up from the car ports--actually 2nd floor) with elevator. The fully equipped kitchen has all the pots and pans, utensils, small appliances and platters to help you prepare any style meal. Wet bar area has a wine fridge, and all the necessary barware. Living room has a poker/bumper pool game table. Each beachy themed bathroom has a hair dryer.
Our guests have access to our beach locker with chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, noodles, boogie boards and two adult bikes--no need to load up your car.

Judy and Michael
Judy and Michael are a retired couple from the New York Metro area. Judy spent much of her career working at Reader's Digest, and Michael in advertising and video production. They currently live on Lake Murray in the SC midlands. Michael: "A few years back we vacationed in Pawleys Island and fell in love with the area - you will too!
