This was a great location, close to everything (beach and pool), which was important given the current climate (covid). The place was very clean and provided starter soaps and even clothes washing detergent. The only downside (if there is one) is that the master bedroom faces the east and without room darkening shades you’re up with the sunrise daily. Now the bonus to this is that if you want to see the sunrise but don’t want to get out of your PJs your all set! The kitchen has everything you might want. And it’s a great set up for relaxing and playing a game of bumper pool. I would highly recommend this place and definitely come back to stay again!

Very nice experience. Condo had all conveniences. Appreciate owners leaving spices and owners pantry open to use. Furnishings and appliances looked new and huge quality

You want to stay here! Trust me. Condo itself was perfect all around. The location was key! Litchfield by the sea is a gated, upscale community. Restaurants all around and are amazing. The owners are fantastic and great to work with. Stay here in Pawley’s Island. Best decision you will ever make.

“Great location with easy access to beach and pools. Nice view of the ocean off the balcony. Well stocked storage closet with lots of beach toys for kids, which was great for our family. Unit was very clean and enjoyable.”

“I rode a bike every morning across the entire resort. We really enjoyed our stay. My favorite part was that it is so close to the beach. We did not have to take our cooler to the beach rather, went back to the condo to make sandwiches for lunch. Also very nice to see that security was very present and checking parking tags etc. I would definitely rent again!”
